Who sells Analytia Pro

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries regarding payments and handles returns.

Cancellation

You can cancel your yearly subscription at any time from your account page ("Manage subscription & invoices"). Cancellation stops the next renewal; Pro remains active until the end of the year you have already paid for.

Refunds

• 14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase.
• Renewals: you can request a refund within 14 days after an automatic yearly renewal if you have not used Pro features since the renewal.
• Consumers in the EU/UK additionally keep their statutory right of withdrawal as described in Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Free version

The free version of Analytia does not require payment and remains available after a cancellation or refund. Your health data is never affected by billing: it stays in your own vault file.
